Applicant's Proof: For companies, a copy of the business license that has been notarized and authenticated is needed. For individuals, a copy of the identity proof that has been notarized and authenticated is required.
Trademark Samples: Clear trademark samples in both black and white and in color should be provided. For special trademarks, corresponding display materials should be provided according to the requirements.
