Set up a company in China

To open a company in China, you need to submit the following materials:

1.Name of the company.

2.Company address: copy of real estate certificate and owner ID card of registered address;

3.Identity card of all shareholders

4.Contribution ratio of all shareholders: the arrangement of shareholders' shares in a company.

5.Company business scope: The company's main business scope.

6.Articles of Association: Articles of association signed by all shareholders.

7.Employment documents: qualification certificate of legal shareholder or ID card of natural person shareholder and its copy;

8.Certificate of designated representative or entrusted agent: agent ID card and its copy.

9.Domicile use certificate

The process of company registration is generally as follows:

Name approval: Determine and approve the company name to ensure that the name is not used by others.

Prepare materials: Prepare relevant registration materials as required, such as the materials mentioned above.

Submit the application: Submit the registration materials to the local administrative department for industry and commerce or its designated agency.

Review: The industry and Commerce Department will review the application materials and may conduct on-site verification.

5. Get the license: After the examination, get the business license.

Engraved official seal: with the business license to the public Security Bureau designated engraved company seal.

Bank account opening: Open a company bank account as required.
